Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policies 

Any cancellation affects us significantly, consequently the following booking and cancellation policy applies:

All year except 23rd December until 31st January
Cancellation outside 15 days of arrival incurs a 25% charge
Cancellation within 15 days of arrival incurs a 100% charge                                                       A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking
The balance of payment is due at least 15 days before arrival 

23rd December until 31st January
